DOMDocument::loadXML — Load XML from a string
Loads an XML document from a string.
The string containing the XML.
Bitwise OR of the libxml option constants.
Возвращает TRUE в случае успешного завершения или FALSE в случае возникновения ошибки. If called statically, returns a DOMDocument или FALSE в случае возникновения ошибки.
If an empty string is passed as the source, a warning will be generated. This warning is not generated by libxml and cannot be handled using libxml's error handling functions.
Этот метод может быть вызван статически, но при этом будет сгенерирована ошибка уровня E_STRICT.
